Design and specifications
Thickness, weight, layer structure and laboratory data help integrate QuietPipe into execution details and tender documents with less ambiguity on site.
EN 14366:2004 | Peutz report | Israeli manufacturing
A two-layer acoustic wrap for wastewater, drainage and water pipes in construction projects. Designed to reduce flow noise and vibration, with laboratory data, technical specifications and a clear installation process for site teams.
Acoustic testing
QuietPipe was tested by Peutz in the Netherlands for noise from wastewater installations according to EN 14366:2004. The test was carried out on a 110 mm PVC pipe under different flow scenarios, with and without the wrap.
The planning-relevant result: noise reduction up to 17.5dB(A) across the tested flow rates, including 15-17.5dB(A) at 0.5-2 liters per second. The data is presented for specifications, acoustic consultants and execution teams.
Data from laboratory report A 4359-2E-RA-001 dated May 8, 2023.
Project implementation
Thickness, weight, layer structure and laboratory data help integrate QuietPipe into execution details and tender documents with less ambiguity on site.
The sheet is cut to size, wrapped around the pipe and fixed with cable ties. It can be installed without replacing the piping system and works in tight shafts.
Local manufacturing, direct support and size flexibility. Suitable for wholesale project orders, coordinated by quantity and schedule.
Before the wall is closed
In wet rooms, service shafts and mechanical spaces, an uninsulated vertical pipe radiates flow noise and impact sounds into adjacent spaces. QuietPipe is designed to wrap the pipe before wall closure or as a focused acoustic treatment for existing piping.
Product demonstration
The videos are intended for quick review by site managers, plumbing contractors and finishing teams: a short vertical product clip alongside a wide installation video.

Project orders
Wholesale sales for contractors, execution companies and projects. Sales to individuals are available for pickup only and by prior coordination.
Sheet structure
The foam layer faces the pipe and reduces acoustic energy generated by water flow and pipe contact. The heavy bituminous mass layer adds weight and blocking, reducing noise radiation into adjacent spaces.
Flexible sizing
Because the sheet is manufactured locally in Israel, the project does not have to adapt itself to a fixed shelf size. We can manufacture and supply QuietPipe in a size that matches execution details, quantities and repeated shaft conditions.
The right size can reduce on-site cutting, lower waste, shorten work time around repeated pipe shafts and help procurement order a product that arrives closer to the real site detail.

Installation
Cut the sheet to length, about 5 cm more than the pipe circumference, to create full overlap.
Place the sheet around the pipe so the raised foam side faces the exposed side of the pipe.
Fix with cable ties. A tie every 30 cm is recommended, with careful closure of joints and overlaps.
Solution comparison
Many projects compare acoustic pipe wraps, imported insulation sheets and wastewater pipe wrapping solutions. QuietPipe combines laboratory data according to EN 14366, local production, supply availability and direct manufacturer support.
FAQ
Silent piping is a dedicated pipe system. QuietPipe is a wrap for existing or new piping, allowing acoustic improvement without replacing the entire piping system.
